Powder Coating
Powder Coating is a dry coating system that can provide a high-quality, durable, corrosion-resistant coating. The powder is pneumatically fed from a reservoir through a spray gun where the powder gains a low amperage, high-voltage positive charge. Parts to be painted are electrically grounded so that the positively charged powder particles are strongly attracted to the parts' surfaces. The powder-coated part is then pulled through an oven where the powder melts and fuses into a smooth coating.

Water Jet Cutting is Versatile. Clean. Low Impact.
Waterjet is a very versatile, environmentally clean process. The unique ability of waterjet to cut virtually any material with no impact on the material gives it an advantage over other cutting process such as laser, plasma or traditional machining processes.
How it Works
The waterjet cutting process is quite simple. Water is pressurized to 60,000 PSI by hydraulic intensification, and then forced through a small orifice in the cutting head. Inside a mixing tube, abrasive is mixed with the high pressure water, creating an abrasive waterjet stream that exits the nozzle at about 1.5 times the speed of sound. Through a combination of micro-erosion (grinding) and a shear yielding of the material a narrow section of material (called the kerf) is removed all the way through the thickness.
